About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and ambitious professional to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through social media, networking, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Your primary objective will be to arrange meetings between prospects and our qualified financial advisors, promote our financial services, and connect leads with the right experts. You will also be expected to follow up with leads and assist advisors in growing their client base.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with new people. A results-driven mindset, good organizational and time management skills, and a proactive approach to meeting targets are also essential.
Requirements- Degree in any field (finance-related qualifications are an advantage but not required)
