Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security professional to lead the charge in safeguarding our on-premise and cloud systems against evolving cyber threats. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive IT security policies and procedures.

You will work closely with our IT infrastructure and application development teams to deliver expert security consultancy and assurance. Your role will also involve monitoring, analyzing, and responding to cyber security alerts and threat intelligence, driving root cause investigations and deploying effective containment and mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT security policies and procedures across on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Lead proactive security assessments including vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and secure code reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure, application development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver expert security consultancy and assurance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to cyber security alerts and threat intelligence, driving root cause investigations and deploying effective containment and mitigation strategies.
  • Stay ahead of the latest security technologies and threat landscapes by researching and implementing advanced tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in IT and/or Cyber Security.
  • Deep expertise in security standards and frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27005, MTCS, CSA Security-By-Design (SBD), and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
  • Proven experience securing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and SaaS applications.
  • Professional certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or CHFI.
