We're expanding our team to bring innovative payment and merchant solutions to the Asia-Pacific region. If you're a sales professional with a passion for the F&B sector, we want to hear from you.
As an Acquisitions Specialist, you'll identify and acquire new F&B merchants in Singapore, including restaurants, cafes, food outlets, and catering businesses. You'll conduct proactive outbound sales activities, demonstrate our payment and merchant solutions, and build strong relationships with F&B merchant partners.
We're looking for someone confident, energetic, and well-spoken who can smash ambitious monthly outlet targets. If you're a self-starter with excellent networking and negotiation skills, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work closely with our Merchant Acquisition Team to achieve strategic business objectives and continuously level up our business plans. Key Responsibilities:- Identify, reach out to, and acquire new F&B merchants in Singapore.
- Conduct proactive outbound sales activities tailored to the F&B sector's needs and challenges.
- Demonstrate our payment and merchant solutions and communicate clear value propositions specific to the F&B industry.
- Meet and exceed aggressive monthly outlet acquisition targets focused on F&B merchants.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with F&B merchant partners to promote retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for F&B merchants.
- Provide feedback from the F&B market and merchants to inform product and service enhancements.
- 1-3 years' experience in sales or merchant acquisition, ideally within the F&B sector or retail in Singapore.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, especially in acquiring small to medium-sized F&B merchants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills tailored to the hospitality and F&B environment.
- Self-starter with excellent networking and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of F&B operational challenges and basic knowledge of payment solutions is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple prospects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
