We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated leader to oversee our team of educators and centre care taker at our school in Tampines Central.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the teaching team to deliver high-quality education and care to students.
- Ensure student safety and wellbeing through effective risk management and incident reporting.
- Liaise with parents on children's progress, billing, logistics, and administrative matters.
- Support programme planning, curriculum development, and student registration processes.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Cluster Head.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Education, Teaching, or Business Management with 2 years of experience in a student care centre.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent, meticulous, organised, and able to multitask.
- Passion for working with children.
