Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Preschool Teacher to lead our childcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lesson plans, maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment, and promoting the development of our young students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Service Standards, Attendance and Reporting;
- Lesson Planning and Engagement Strategies;
- Classroom Management and Intervention Coordination;
- Goal Development and Progress Monitoring;
- Record Keeping and IEP Preparation;
- Safety and Administration, Communication with Families and Evidence-Based Practices;
- Health and Safety Standards, Resource Management and Professional Development;
- Confidentiality and Support Center Initiatives;
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Preschool Teaching Experience;
- Early Childhood Education Certification;
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- Ability to Work Effectively with Children, Parents, and Colleagues;
- Strong Organizational and Time-Management Skills;
