Job Description:

As a skilled Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and product conversion of the sputtering tool. Your duties will include executing troubleshooting of equipment and following up on chronic machine issues, including electrical and mechanical problems.

You will collaborate with equipment and process engineering teams on continuous tool improvement focusing on reliability and defect reduction. Additionally, you will propose ideas for improving equipment OEE, productivity, safety, and cost savings.

You will receive training in data analytics and machine learning applications for troubleshooting, with feedback sought for ongoing improvements. Furthermore, you will learn fundamental vacuum technology and have opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
