Our company, RECRUIT INC PRIVATE LIMITED, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Internal Audit Professional to join our Internal Audit team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with business units to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of internal audit experience to assist in the development and review of the annual risk-based audit plan. As a key member of the Internal Audit team, you will be responsible for planning and performing end-to-end Financial, Compliance, and Operational Audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review the annual risk-based audit plan in collaboration with the Deputy Director, Internal Audit.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on best practices to enhance governance, risk management, and control processes.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including Management and the ARMC.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the audit team members, outsourced service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the audit plan is executed efficiently and effectively.

What We Offer

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, which includes a base salary of SGD 120,000 per annum, a 13th-month bonus, and performance bonuses. You will also enjoy a flexible work arrangement, working from home two days a week, and a supportive team environment that fosters growth and learning.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of internal audit experience, preferably in a public sector entity.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and partner with stakeholders to deliver shared objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and Audit Committee secretariat duties is an added advantage.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications, such as ACCA, CIA, CA, CISA, or CRMA, are highly valued.
