Business Process Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. They will be responsible for driving UAT/SIT execution across multiple service order functional streams, tracking and escalating defects to relevant technical teams, and maintaining accurate defect logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UAT Execution - Drive and support UAT/SIT execution across multiple service order functional streams.
  • Defect Management - Track, triage, and escalate defects to relevant technical teams for timely resolution.
  • Test Data Management - Coordinate retests, manage test data requirements, and maintain accurate defect logs.
  • Testing Artefacts - Maintain testing artefacts such as test scenarios, evidence, defect summaries, and fulfilment health trackers.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between client business users, application teams, and solution architects.
  • Provide regular status updates on testing progress, blockers, and readiness to stakeholders and project leads.
  • Prepare clear and concise communications (summaries) to align teams and escalate issues where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of UAT/SIT processes, ideally within an Oracle or Telco environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and explain complex fulfilment issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in defect triaging, reporting, and maintaining testing documentation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with defect management tools such as Azure DevOps.
