About the Role:
  • To be responsible for all Accounts Receivables & Payables that align with the Corporate Finance department's goals.
  • To monitor processing of invoices and month end closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • To ensure timely collection of payments from customers, managing accounts receivable and maintaining positive cash flow.
  • To conduct credit checks on new accounts, assessing risk and making informed decisions.
  • To prepare bank reconciliation, GST returns, audit schedule, and other forecasting reports as required, providing valuable insights to management.
  • To prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc billing reports for customers, analyzing data and identifying trends.
  • To be responsible for Claims processing, handling claims efficiently and effectively.
  • To assist in liaising with external auditor, tax agents, and professional advisors on related matters, ensuring compliance and maintaining relationships.
  • To maintain related documents and store them in a systematic way with proper traceability, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • To coordinate and assist in day-to-day administration and housekeeping duties, supporting the team and contributing to a smooth operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills in accounting software, financial systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external parties.
  • Audit and compliance knowledge, with experience in managing financial data and reporting requirements.
