Job Description

We are seeking skilled Network Deployment Engineers to participate in the deployment of Huawei Access Points (APs) in mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Huawei wireless technologies and a strong understanding of RF planning, network security, and high-availability systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, configure, and deploy Huawei Access Points in critical environments with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Conduct site surveys and RF analysis to ensure optimal AP placement and coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APs into existing network infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and environmental standards.
  • Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of wireless connectivity and performance.
  • Document deployment procedures, configurations, and network diagrams.
  • Provide post-deployment support and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain firmware and software updates for Huawei APs.
  • Train internal teams on AP management and maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or Engineering
  • Min 3 years of experience in Network Deployment & Support
  • Proven experience deploying Huawei Access Points in enterprise or critical environments.
  • Familiarity with Huawei eSight, Agile Controller, and other Huawei network management tools.
  • Experience with network security protocols and VLAN configurations.
  • Ability to interpret floor plans and conduct predictive wireless modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as HCIA-WLAN, HCIP-WLAN, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
