About the Position:

Our organization is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Developer to lead our team in designing and implementing advanced AI solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and analyze AI workflows, integrations, and automation pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing IT frameworks and customer environments.
  • Participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and support the delivery of tailored agentic AI and RAG solutions.
  • Continuously monitor, test, and optimize AI workflows to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, design specifications, and best practices.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, including documentation, team learning sessions, and platform knowledge base updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI, automation, and integration technologies relevant to the Workato ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Have experience in development and implementation, with proficiency in Workato.
  • Possess a solid foundation in AI engineering, with a focus on agent-based systems.
  • Be able to design and implement scalable, AI-driven workflows that improve IT operations.
  • Understand the basics of integration project implementation.

Technical Skills:

  • Have a deep understanding of automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs (REST/SOAP), SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
  • Be familiar with cloud technologies, including iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Have hands-on experience working with data structures like JSON and familiarity with RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
  • Be proficient in coding languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
  • Stay current with technology trends and best practices in application integration and AI automation domains.
  • Have exposure to cloud business applications like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Marketo.
  • Have a conceptual understanding of microservices, API-based integration architecture, event-driven systems, and process automation using BPM or RPA.
