Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Manage training budgets and resources effectively
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., education, training and development)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance)
  • Experience in project management
