Job Title: Senior Engineering Project Lead

Job Summary:

This role involves leading and managing electrical/mechanical/M&E construction projects. Ensuring works meet technical, quality, and safety requirements is a key aspect of the position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or building services engineering (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within electrical/mechanical/M&E construction projects.
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
