Job Title

A highly skilled Client Service Specialist is required to serve as the key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless communication and service delivery, fostering strong relationships with clients and driving business growth through effective collaboration with internal teams.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for:

  • Representing the company in business reviews with clients, identifying areas for improvement and driving new initiatives;
  • Providing proactive customer service by working closely with internal stakeholders to address client queries and concerns;
  • Monitoring and managing client KPIs, collaborating with teams such as Logistics, Production, and Quality to meet service level agreements;
  • Ensuring timely order fulfilment and billing processes.

To succeed in this role, you will require a degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management or Operations Management, preferably with an Industrial Engineering background. Familiarity with SAP modules is also advantageous.

You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of operations management, logistics management, and supply chain management principles.
