As a key member of Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte. Ltd., the successful candidate will be responsible for leading our digital marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Director - Regional Lead. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans that drive business growth and expand our market presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, as well as experience in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and execute large-scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure effective campaign execution and ROI optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to optimize our digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns at scale.
  • Strong expertise in managing multi-region digital marketing strategies, with a focus on audience targeting, media thresholds, and investment strategies.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and media platforms, such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Twitch.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and deliver strong ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to optimize campaigns and deliver actionable insights.
