Master Tradesperson

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Tradesperson to join our team at Bathsystem Singapore Pte. Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on the installation and repair of prefabricated bathroom units in a fast-paced production environment.

About the Role

As a Master Tradesperson, you will be responsible for performing overall architectural trade installation or repair of PBU Fitting. You will ensure that all work is carried out within standards, measured to specifications and within tolerances. Additionally, you will perform product identification and traceability activities as required. Your role will also involve coordinating with other departments to resolve quality issues and leading the team in efficient operation and discipline of the production.

Responsibilities

1. Perform overall architectural trade installation or repair of PBU Fitting.
2. Ensure that overall architectural trade installation or repair fall within standards, measured to specifications and within tolerances & etc.
3. Perform product identification and traceability activities, as required.
4. Coordinate with other department to resolve Quality issue.
5. Lead the team in the shift in efficient operation and discipline of the production.
6. Ensure Production members perform according to IMS requirement.
7. Maintain 5 'S' in the production floor.
8. Contribute ideas which can lead to cost saving, productivity efficiency, accuracy and timeliness targets.
9. Manage, coach and train the team members include carrying out performance review and disciplinary action, if required.
10. Authorize to stop operation if conditions are out of safety measures or not able to achieve specified process / operation conditions in production.
11. Participate in the Risk Assessment (RA) discussion & review and taking part of inspection with company WSH officer on Environment, Health & Safety within company premises.

Salary Information

This position offers an attractive salary range of SGD $6000 - $8000 per month depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you may also be eligible for bonuses and benefits packages based on company performance.
