Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear and concise information about our services and procedures.
  • Schedule appointments and manage telephone inquiries and emails, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, utilizing administrative software to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Manage invoice and payment processing, ensuring timely and secure financial transactions.
  • Participate in corporate events and activities, promoting teamwork and collaboration within our organization.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Meticulous and systematic approach to administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare settings is preferred, but not required.
