Warehouse Assistant Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to perform various tasks related to equipment setup, installation, and maintenance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct basic setup and installation of equipment at customer locations, ensuring everything is placed and working properly.
    • Perform general servicing and upkeep of equipment such as purifiers, dehumidifiers, and massage chairs.
    • Help identify and report any issues or malfunctions with the equipment.
    • Ensure all service work is conducted in accordance with company protocols and quality standards.
    • Assist in preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup accordingly.
    • Assist in receiving and processing warehouse stock products.
    • Act as a flexible support resource across departments during gaps between primary assignments or when any team requires additional assistance.
    • Carry out ad-hoc duties such as general logistics or repair jobs as directed by supervisors.
    • Quickly adapt to different tasks and operational needs based on daily requirements.
  • Requirements:
    • Technical knowledge of electrical systems and components.
    • Physically fit and able to lift heavy products.
    • Possesses a valid driving license.
    • Able to work on weekends.
    • Positive work attitude and customer-oriented.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a valid driving license. Prior experience in a similar role is an asset but not essential.
