Production Manager Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to work as a production manager in our state-of-the-art facility. We are seeking an experienced professional who can oversee the production of cell-based therapy products.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and will be able to manage all aspects of production, including planning schedules, resolving issues and allocating resources efficiently.
In this role, you will develop and implement production-related workflows and processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and relevant safety requirements.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the qualification and maintenance of equipment and clean rooms within the facility, as well as collaborating with other functions to facilitate new product introduction and technology.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversight of production of cell-based therapy products in GMP facility
  • Management of all aspects of laboratory operations
  • Development and implementation of production-related workflows and processes
  • Ensuring compliance to GMP guidelines and relevant safety requirements
  • Overseeing qualification and maintenance of equipment and clean rooms
  • Collaboration with other functions to facilitate new product introduction and technology
