At D'CONCEPTO PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and preparing cost estimates for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, from initial calculations to final accounts.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, site managers, project managers, and site engineers to source quotations and evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids.
  • Assist designers in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements, and conduct research on basic construction work to ensure compliance with company safety procedures and regulations.
  • Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs, and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to secure the best deals.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure timely submission of tenders and successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sound knowledge of construction and safety procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
