Finance Expert for Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Expert to join our team at INFRACO ASIA DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore.
Job OverviewThis role will involve providing financial expertise and guidance to support the development of infrastructure projects in Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and project management, with experience working in a fast-paced multinational environment.
The estimated salary for this position is SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide financial planning and analysis support to project teams, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Financial Due Diligence: Conduct financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including reviewing financial statements, cash flow projections, and other relevant data.
- Valuation: Perform valuation of infrastructure assets, including reviewing business valuation models and challenging assumptions used in discounted cashflow models.
- Tax Planning: Ensure tax compliance and provide tax planning advice to project teams.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 8 years of hands-on work experience in a relevant finance role, preferably with experience working in a Big Four accounting firm.
- Prior exposure to infrastructure project finance, including experience working with international development institutions and investment funds.
- Proficiency in IFRS and experience with consolidation or investment accounting dealing with overseas entities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
