At HUA LEONG GROUP PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Architectural & Structural Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects by overseeing the structural and architectural aspects of construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all inspection activities are carried out in accordance with the inspection & test plan for structural works, and raise requests for inspection of works and liaise with the RE/RTO on the inspection of structural work-related records.
  • Submit summaries of daily concreting activities to the RE/RTO to notify estimated timing for inspection.
  • Monitor and supervise Foremen to ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards of workmanship, and check the quality and quantity of work done by structural subcontractors.
  • Check incoming drawings and resolve discrepancies prior to the start of work, maintain structural drawings, update part prints/shop drawings, and ensure that drawings are "FOR CONSTRUCTION" status.
  • Liaise with Senior Engineers and Senior Foremen to plan work schedules, work closely with M&E Departments and Architectural Departments for clearance before casting, and monitor site programs and feedback to the Senior Engineer on progress of works.
  • Calculate, initiate orders, and maintain records of concrete used on a daily basis, plan to supervise and coordinate Civil Structure, Architectural, M&E works, assist and report to Project Managers, monitor progress of work to ensure timely completion of projects, control material wastage and manpower, coordinate with respective Clients, RE, and RTO, arrange construction materials and machinery for works, time management of sub-contractors to finish jobs according to schedules, ensure safety and equipment are well maintained and in good working condition, follow BCA and QM works and testing commissioning, and supervise sub-contractor works.
Requirements:
  • Construction experience and knowledge of BIM, Architectural, and Structural Engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Automation Tools, Architectural Drawings, and Test Automation.
