We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Planning Specialist to join our team at Seatrium Ltd.

  • To develop and maintain detailed schedules for EPC projects, incorporating various scenarios to finalize project sequencing and contracting plans.
  • Liaise with third-party design consultants, construction management consultants, and contractors to obtain the latest schedules in programmed format for each phase.
  • Develop creative reporting tools such as Gantt charts and activity network diagrams to communicate complex project sequencing and progress assessments.
  • Conduct constructability studies and workshops for heavy equipment transportation, erection, and installation with tender project teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent proficiency in English, advanced user of Microsoft Office products, and good working knowledge of all phases of construction.
