Clinical Reviewer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Reviewer to join our team. As a Clinical Reviewer, you will play a critical role in reviewing, assessing and approving shield claims within service turnaround time.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our output with internal policy and regulatory requirements. This will involve attending to claims investigations, service recovery and enquiries, as well as attending to medical clarification with hospitals and clinics.
In addition, you will be involved in projects assigned by your supervisor and provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries and effectively handling customer complaints.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong command of the English language (spoken and written) and familiarity with human anatomy, general diseases and disease management. You will also require 2 years of experience as a Life & Health claims assessor, along with relevant professional qualifications such as OMA or FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute).
A degree holder of biology & life sciences discipline is essential, and proficiency in English is required.
