We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of electric mobility and unattended retail.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop scalable platforms for revolutionary new solutions that power the future of electric mobility and unattended retail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Identify and implement improvements to system performance and scalability.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and decisions, providing insights based on experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices are followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Backend software development.
  • Comfortable working in a Unix/Shell environment.
  • Prior experience working with relational (preferably PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Cloud deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP.
  • Experience designing highly-available systems using a microservice architecture.
