About the Role

This role will involve working closely with various departments regionally to ensure data integrity and accuracy, as well as assisting in developing reporting tools and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop data-driven solutions in the region to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support business users for process improvement with data scientific approach.
  • Analyze user requirements and execute actions to improve business operations.
  • Collaborate with team members for collecting data and executing the company's mission.
  • Train business users to promote data utilization in the region.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of increasingly responsible professional experience in supporting/managing complex data utilization in Data scientific field.
  • Diploma or above required.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skill.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated team player skills.
  • Experience of Power BI report design.
  • Experience of API with data lake such as MS Azure.
  • Experience of business process improvement with data scientific approach.
  • Experience in data governance and data security.
  • Understanding of ERP data in sales activities (e.g SAP S/4 HANA SD, MM, FICO, CS).
  • Understanding of CRM data (e.g SAP C/4 HANA).
  • Basic computer skills such as MS Word, Excel.
  • Project management experiences and knowledge.
  • Business level Japanese proficiency to communicate with BI development team in Japan.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
