Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design and Development Specialist to join our engineering team. As a key member of our design and development group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new products that meet customer requirements and expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing new products using 3D CAD modeling software such as Creo and Solidworks
• Conducting finite element analysis and simulation to optimize product performance
• Collaborating with our quality assurance team to ensure products meet strict quality standards
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals and installation guides

Key Responsibilities

In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and efficiency
• Collaborating with our manufacturing team to ensure smooth production and delivery of products
• Providing technical support and training to internal stakeholders on product usage and maintenance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Proven experience in product design and development
• Strong understanding of finite element analysis and simulation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical data, including engineering drawings and specifications
