Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Special Needs Educator - Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing evidence-based programmes and interventions to support the individual needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
• Conduct initial screenings and admission processes for potential clients
• Plan and implement tailored programmes and interventions to meet the unique needs of each client
• Develop and maintain accurate records of client progress and data
• Collaborate with allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Communicate regularly with parents and school staff regarding client progress and updates
• Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment for all students

Requirements
• Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with learning disorders and/or disabilities
• Strong command of English and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of AEPS and other relevant skills preferred

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
