
Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers via phone and other communication channels.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Register bookings for DHL services
- Offer alternatives to customers and turn information calls into sales leads or identify value-added services
- Respond to customer queries by providing accurate information consistently in areas such as custom requirements, transit times and prices
- Enhance the service experience by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each customer's varying needs
Responsibilities Include:
- Liaise internally with the Operations Department and other departments to resolve customer issues and queries quickly and efficiently
- Highlight areas for improvement with suggested solutions to enhance DHL's procedures, technology and service, positively impacting the customer's experience with DHL
- Adhere to existing Customer Service procedures as outlined in department manuals, while exercising discretion to accommodate reasonable customer needs in consultation with supervisors and managers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of relevant experience in a call centre environment or telesales environment in a service industry
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and PC skills with strong proficiency in English
- Result-oriented, able to multi-task and committed to service excellence
- Able to commit to night shifts (up till 11pm), including weekends and public holidays
- GCE 'O' level or equivalent
