About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions while ensuring seamless integration with on-premises infrastructure and robust network security.

This role requires hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), Windows and Linux server administration, networking protocols, and the ability to support pre-sales activities such as proposal development and technical solution presentations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure in AWS or Azure. They will also manage and optimize Windows and Linux-based environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and system performance tuning.

Additionally, they will configure and troubleshoot networking components, including firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching. They will implement cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong experience with Windows, Linux, and networking, as well as proficiency in AWS or Azure cloud services. You will also need solid knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field is required, along with certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, RHCE, or CCNA/CCNP. Experience with hybrid cloud environments and migration strategies is desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the field with a strong Windows, Linux, and networking background.
  • Proficiency in AWS or Azure cloud services.
  • Strong experience with Windows and Linux Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, SSH, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ansible scripting.
  • Understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience in pre-sales architecture, proposal writing, and technical client presentations.
