  • Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to cleaning teams to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Manage and maintain inventory and cleaning equipment across Changi Airport to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Attend client meetings to understand needs and requirements, develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure the skills of cleaning teams are properly trained and aligned to client requirements, and review work orders to ensure assignments are completed.
  • Respond to and report operational incidents to the office and client, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Report to the Operation Manager and perform other administration and operation duties as assigned.
