Key Position Summary:

As a senior process transformation professional, you will play a vital role in shaping the organization's growth and transformation strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in process management and governance to drive business excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive process management strategies that support the organization's objectives.
Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of process documentation throughout its lifecycle.
Promote standardization and integration of process excellence principles across all business units.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including IT, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams, to identify opportunities for process optimization.
Serve as the primary advisor on process governance best practices, providing expert insights and recommendations.
Facilitate and lead process forums, ensuring effective governance frameworks and transparent reporting.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Solid business knowledge and experience within the banking or investment sectors is highly preferred
Business knowledge in one or more areas: Distribution, Investments, Finance, Risk Management, Legal, or Compliance
Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, with hands-on experience managing projects and teams, ideally within or alongside PMO functions
Proficient in using process and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, or similar platforms
