Job Title: Temp Staff

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a temporary staff member.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to execute comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation activities for Workday, focusing on employee records across multiple data fields including educational qualifications, professional certifications, learning and development records, and other relevant data fields.

  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Degree/Diploma in Business/Human Resource/Information Technology with at least 1 year of working experience.
  • Professional Certifications:
    • Any relevant certification related to the field of human resources or information technology.
  • Learning and Development Records:
    • Any record of training or courses completed by the employee.
  • Other Relevant Data Fields:
    • Any other data field that requires verification or reconciliation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough verification of employee information through direct engagement with staff to validate data accuracy, cross-referencing existing records against source documents, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and any other duties allocated from time to time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel software.
  • Experience in Workday is preferred but not required.
Benefits:

This is a temporary contract position with the following benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $2600-$3300 per month.
  • A six-month contract duration.
  • A working schedule of Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • A location in Jurong.
