Main Site Supervisor and General Foreman

Description:
The site supervisor is a crucial role in any construction project. As the main point of contact between management, contractors, and site workers, they are responsible for ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with safety rules and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Safety: Ensure all site activities are conducted safely and that accidents are prevented through proactive measures.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve problems as they arise, demonstrating effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Craftsmanship: Possess hands-on skills in tiling, plastering, welding, and electrical work to maintain quality standards.
  • Tile Installation: Align tiles and straighten them with straightedges, levels, and squares to achieve precise patterns.
  • Precise Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for tiling with waterproofing material and ensure proper cleaning before commencing work.

Skill Requirements:
