Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Parent Liaison Manager to join our team at EtonHouse International School in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and promoting our school to the international and local community, ensuring effective enquiry management, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities


The Parent Liaison Manager will work closely with internal departments to:



  • Manage enquiries from calls, emails, online leads, and walk-ins, capturing all new information in our CRM system.
  • Record and update prospect parent information, following up with phone calls or emails within one working day.
  • Schedule and confirm school tours, sending post-tour emails and tracking comments in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with post-tour parents by calling them three days later to check their status or answer questions.
  • Arrange follow-up meetings with principals and assessments within one week of the tour.
  • Review enquiry statuses from CRM reporting, ensuring PLEs follow up with prospect parents.
  • Compile tour templates and learning stories to improve the school tour experience.
  • Stay informed about school events and news to enhance the tour experience, especially for upper primary and secondary levels.
  • Shadow PLEs during school tours to ensure they promote the school effectively.
  • Continuously review and refine the school tour process with PLEs, explaining EtonHouse's vision, curriculum, and application documents.
  • Provide 5-star customer service to parents and support families with student pass applications.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities through HQ-facilitated induction courses and sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system for reliable reports and trends.
  • Update parent status in the CRM and nurture them through the funnel.
  • Train and induct new joiners and existing PL team members on best practices in CX and technology platform usage.
  • Regularly update AI bot templates and use campaigns to remarket and enhance conversions.

Open House/Weekly School Tours


The Parent Liaison Manager will lead the organization of open days, managing RSVP lists, scheduling groups, and follow-ups. They will also:



  • Confirm attendance 2-3 days before the Open House and follow up with a phone call.
  • Allocate school tour groups for each school coordinator.
  • Brief school coordinators on setup and schedule for the open house.
  • Ensure the school is clean and set up ready for open house.
  • Work with the kitchen to provide food and setup arrangements.
  • Facilitate content sharing by the principal and/or other leadership team members.
  • Prepare materials and resources shared with families.

Requirements


To succeed as a Parent Liaison Manager at EtonHouse International School, you should have:


Qualifications and Experience


A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, with at least 5-6 years of related work experience in sales management, business development, or a service-oriented industry. Sales management experience is desirable, and experience working in an international school environment is an added advantage. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a result-oriented mindset. A competitive salary of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum reflects your expertise and contributions to our team.
