Job Overview

The Financial Risk Management Assistant will assist the FRM team in projects, daily operational activities, and provide support in selected investment risk assessment deals. Responsibilities include preparing weekly market monitoring, providing support in risk data collection, financial and credit analysis, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or any related disciplines
  • Knowledge of financial risk and corporate finance concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA/Python/Power BI
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and take ownership of work
  • Able to deliver work on time and accurately, with occasional weekend support if required

Benefits

CapitaLand offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We also offer opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
