Job Description

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to be our first point of contact for all communication channels. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and direct clients to appropriate areas
  • Handle phone inquiries and provide general information on our services
  • Screen calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication methods
  • Administer registration, take referrals, schedule appointments, and maintain efficient appointment time slots
  • Generate invoices, record payments, and issue receipts
  • Handle billing changes, refunds, and credits
  • Provide cross-coverage for other customer service representatives who may be on leave
Requirements
  • GCE 'O' Level or equivalent with 2 years' working experience in administration, customer service, and/or receptionist role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive working attitude and customer-centric mindset
  • Meticulous and organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Proficient in MS Office
Work Hours & Location

Monday to Saturday: 1:30pm - 8:30pm
Bukit Timah - Crown Centre
