English Language Educator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled English language educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality instruction to students of varying abilities.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in fostering a love for the English language through effective teaching practices, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for student growth.

The teacher will design and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons, support individual learning needs, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement high-quality English language lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum.
  • Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students of varying abilities.
  • SUPPORT student learning needs and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a classroom culture of respect, curiosity, and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field.
  • Recognized teaching qualification/certification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA).
  • Proven teaching experience, preferably in an international or multicultural school environment.
  • Fluency in English – reading, writing, speaking, and conversational.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Native English speakers are preferred.
  • Experience with inquiry-based learning, student-centered pedagogy, or international curricula (e.g., Cambridge, IB).
