About the Role

This position involves ensuring the proper functioning of electrical equipment and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting electrical equipment, distribution boards, control panels, and electrical tools to guarantee they are in good working condition.

  • Inspect and test electrical equipment to ensure it meets safety standards
  • Carry out switching operations as required
  • Conduct vetting activities for electrical systems and installations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems to prevent downtime
  • Participate in 24/7 standby duty on a rotational basis
  • Oversee and supervise maintenance and electrical works to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Manage and coordinate on-site electrical functions and systems effectively
  • Ensure all tasks are executed in compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and safety protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Test Equipment knowledge and experience
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to perform Electrical Repairs
  • Strong Vetting skills
  • Proficiency in Electrical Systems
  • Familiarity with Class 3 Driving License
  • Experience with Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Repair & Maintenance principles
