Residential Property Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented condominium management professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of condominium maintenance and management, including general administration, regular inspections, and maintaining good rapport with residents and council members.
Main Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Assist in building trade administration, rostering of duties, discipline, performance standards, and staff welfare.
- Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular common area inspections and equipment checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Relationship Building: Create and maintain good relationships with residents and council members through various communication channels.
- Operational Improvements: Review and recommend improvements to management office operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Crisis Management: Attend to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
- Fire Safety: Check for fire hazards and ensure proper functioning of fire escapes and doors.
- Meetings and Minutes: Submit renovation permit recommendations and prepare minutes for meetings as required.
- A degree or diploma in a property-related field is essential.
- 2-4 years' experience in residential property management is preferred.
- The successful candidate must possess strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are also required.
