We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team at AlwaysHired Pte Ltd. As an ESD Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Green Building Assessments: Manage Green Mark, LEED, GBI, and WELL certification processes for our projects.
  • Building Performance Studies: Conduct calculations, simulations, and data analysis for Energy Modelling, Thermal Comfort, and CFD Simulation.
  • Green Building Credit Compliance: Prepare calculations and manage optimal credit compliance for ACMV systems, lighting, landscape, and other related systems.
  • Energy Audits and Inspections: Conduct energy audits and building inspections to determine energy consumption and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams on matters related to Environmental Sustainability and green rating.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and review reports, products, materials, equipment, specifications, and other documents that impact Green Building Assessment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct workshops with stakeholders, including design teams, contractors, operation teams, and other relevant parties.
  • Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports and presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Sustainability Strategies: Develop bespoke sustainability strategies for specific projects and organizations.
  • Energy and Sustainability Analysis: Conduct technical analysis of energy and sustainability strategies for new and existing buildings.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Building Performance, or Sustainability. A Master's Degree is considered favorably.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in Environmental Sustainability for buildings, fit-outs, and infrastructure projects.
  • Skills: Significant experience with Building Physics and Performance analytical tools, such as Energy Modelling, CFD Modelling, and Daylight Modelling.
  • Industry Accreditations: Relevant industry accreditations in Green Mark, LEED, SCEM, and WELL are looked upon favorably.
