A detail-oriented and proactive early childhood educator is sought to support duties within a learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities, including songs, games, and storytelling, to support children's growth and development.
  • Establish consistent routines, offer positive reinforcement, and nurture children's self-esteem.
  • Facilitate lessons in alignment with the centre's curriculum and objectives.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress to support individual growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with both children and their parents to encourage open communication.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and supported.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Prior experience working with children is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

The ideal candidate will have excellent classroom management skills, be able to work well independently, and possess a high level of tolerance. They should also be able to establish trusting relationships with children and their parents. Prior experience in education is an asset.
