Job Title: Fixed Income Securities Mobilizer
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for mobilizing fixed income securities through public issues and private placements of bonds in the Indian debt market. This role involves originating deals from the markets by making daily calls and catering to clients' fixed income requirements by leveraging opportunities in the primary and secondary bond markets.
Key responsibilities include processing proposals from bankers and financial institutions, placing deals with them through daily calls, and exploring new investors. You should possess a basic understanding of the structure, terms of the issue, and risk-reward profile of various fixed income instruments issued by different entities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong communication skills for client interaction and deal negotiation.
- Basic knowledge of balance sheets, P&L, cash flows, and mutual funds.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to use multiple websites simultaneously.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on fixed income securities mobilization. You will have the chance to develop your skills in deal origination, negotiation, and client management.
OthersIn addition to the key responsibilities mentioned earlier, you will also be involved in treasury operations, settlements, compliance, internal controls, SOPs, regulatory guidelines, MIS reports, automation, investment compliance, process enhancements, audits, treasury instruments, settlement processes, banking platforms, and treasury systems.
