Electrical Design Engineer

Job Summary:

As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems and infrastructure for various projects. Your primary focus will be on creating detailed drawings and designs to meet customer requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems and infrastructure for various projects, including building services, industrial processes, and transportation systems.
  • Create detailed drawings and designs using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and inspect existing electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industries.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards, including OSHA and NEC.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
