Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Audit Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking specific stages of audit work under supervision.

The ideal candidate should appreciate the underlying principles behind the tasks assigned as part of the audit plan and be able to make adjustments to the application of skills to improve the work tasks or solve non-complex issues.

Audit professionals in this role will build relationships, work in a team, and identify ethical issues with reference to the code of professional conduct and ethics.

Responsibilities include selecting and applying from a range of known solutions to familiar problems, taking responsibility for own learning and performance, and working with assurance teams to obtain an understanding of our client's business.

Audit professionals will develop an audit plan/strategy for an audit of financial statements and document the planning procedures, prepare/tailor audit programmes based on areas of audit emphasis determined at the planning stage, and perform audit tests of controls and substantive procedures based on planned audit approach.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of working experience as an audit associate
