Job Title:
Product Development Liaison

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and production of card game products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in both English and Japanese, with a minimum JLPT N3 level or equivalent work proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the scheduling, development, and production of card game products
  • Liaise closely with Japanese counterparts for all aspects of game/product development
  • Translate and localize product content from Japanese to English
  • Proofread localized content and product design materials to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance
  • Support product rollouts and collaborate across departments to meet timelines and quality standards


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in product development, translation, or localization preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese (oral and written) to work effectively with Japanese-speaking teams Minimum JLPT N3 (or equivalent work proficiency)
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in linguistic and cultural nuances
  • Passion for games, anime, or Japanese pop culture
  • Excellent in schedule management and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
  • Willingness to occasionally work on weekends or public holidays for company events
  • Open to overseas travel for business when required
