Language Quality Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled Language Quality Specialist to join our team.


About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end handling of English content across all business lines, including translation, editing, contextual polishing, and localization. This role requires a deep understanding of language quality and the ability to ensure zero complaints on language service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the translation memory database and termbases in collaboration with the team.
  • Help develop and maintain multi-scenario style guides to ensure user-friendly content across emails, announcements, and listing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and legal teams to offer localization strategies, especially for culturally sensitive content.
  • Implement and integrate CAT tools and machine translation engines, and provide real-time feedback for improvements.

Requirements:

Proficient in English (professional level) and 2+ years of experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry. Proven experience in English translation or proofreading is also required.
