Job Summary:

This position is responsible for driving profitable and sustainable growth in healthcare insurance accounts. The focus is on developing and implementing an effective account plan to achieve set performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage healthcare insurance accounts, ensuring timely delivery of client needs.
  2. Build long-term relationships with healthcare insurance clients and key stakeholders, expanding business opportunities.
  3. Act as primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful solution delivery.
  4. Achieve sales targets and retain existing clients.
  5. Identify problems, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in consultative services-led sales engagements and multiparty negotiations.
  • 5+ years experience engaging at Senior Executive level within health insurance organizations.
  • Experience in developing and executing business strategies to increase account growth and revenues.
  • Intimate understanding of the insurance business levers and operational process in regional markets.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, e.g. business, marketing, technology.
  • Analytical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Tools, databases, statistics, product lines, healthcare insurance, and medical issues.
Benefits:
