Research Scientist in Quantum Technology

We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Research Scientist to lead our research efforts in Quantum Technology, focusing on ultracold atoms. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make significant contributions to the development of cutting-edge quantum technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research activities, supervising a team of researchers, training young researchers and students, and coordinating technical and scientific efforts. The role involves conducting research related to Quantum projects, including laser cooling of atoms and other related fields.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong background in Experimental Quantum Physics or a related discipline, as well as at least 4 years of post-doctoral experience in the field. You should also have a proven track record of research experience in Quantum projects and be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research related to Quantum projects
  • Supervise a team of researchers
  • Train young researchers and students
  • Coordinate technical and scientific efforts
Requirements:
  • PhD in Experimental Quantum Physics or a related discipline
  • At least 4 years of post-doctoral experience in laser cooling of atoms or related fields
