**Job Title:** Dental Assistant

Job Overview:

As a dental assistant, you will play a vital role in the success of our dental practice. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the dental surgeon/dental officer/oral health therapist in general dentistry.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dental team with patient care, including preparing patients for treatment and ensuring their comfort and safety during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and billing details.
  • Comply with work safety regulations and ensure cleanliness and sterility of dental instruments and equipment.
  • Comply with infection control practices and maintain infection control standards.
  • Educate patients on dental and post-operative care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum N/O/A level education.
  • Some healthcare experience would be advantageous.
